Homeopathic Treatments for Arthritis

Today we are going to talk about homeopathic treatments for arthritis in the way of herbal medicines. These medicines are for the purpose of solving the immediate problems associated with arthritis such as pain and stiffness.
If you have a fever, are resless or feel anxiety, then Aconitum three times a day should help you.
If you have arthritis that is centered in the hands ad feet with the joints being swollen and painful, then Actera spic would be a good choice.
Taking Apis mellifica three times a day would help when you have a lot of swelling, but not that much pain.
For joint pain try taking Arctium six times every four hours..
Perhaps you don’t even believe you have arthritis as it comes and goes. Therefore you do nothing. When symptoms do show up it’s probably because of rheumatoid arthritis from coldness, and dampness. Sometimes you get sore and see bruising.
In the event of a sudden feeling of sharp pain and you get chills or wet, and the joints are swollen and red try some Belladonna.
For chronic synovitis of the knee, try Berberis vulgaris once every four hours.
If you have pain that worsens with movement and is sensitive to touch, try Bryonia alba three times.
What should you try if you have arthritis affecting the shoulders and upper back and it only gets worse when the conditions are wet or damp? This is rheumatoid arthritis and a good homeopathic treatment for this would be Calcarea-carlionica-ostrearum.
Then there are times when a person gets angry and restless all because of severe pain. In this case Chamomilla should do the trick.
How about muscle pain that is making you very talkative, resless, happy one minute and sad the next? Try Cimicifuga racemosa for this.
If you suffer from subacute rheumatism because of coldness and wetness, try Dulcamarta hourly taking three at a time.

Rheumatoid Arthritis & Diet

A diet might help you with a rheumatoid arthritis problem. It is really a trial and error thing, but well worth the testing as it can alleviate much of your problem.
One suggestion is to give up animal protein.
Another suggestion is to stop consuming foods in the nightshade family. This includes tomatoes, white potatoes, the various peppers, eggplant, tobacco and belladonna. Be forewarned that using nightshade products can take as long as 48 hours before a reaction comes on. If you get a reaction, it could take as much as 6 months for the reaction to stop.
When going the homeopathic treatment for arthritis path using diet, read labels on prepared foods. The pre-processed foods can have potato starch or tomato paste in it. Relish can have peppers or paprika in it. Look for the word “spices”.
You might also want to try a gluten-free diet. This means no wheat, rye, barley and oats.
If that does not work, your next course of action should be giving up all dairy products.

Some causes of rheumatoid arthritis are mold. Food most susceptible to mold are potatoes, sweet potatoes, berries, nuts, honeydew and cantaloupe. Watch for a reaction if you find you unknowingly ate a moldy product.
