The first natural curing treatment I will discuss is your diet and your lifestyle.  A healthy diet and lifestyle is important for the prevention of outbreaks of genital warts.  So cut down on your intact of sugars and Trans fats and saturated fats.  Lots of fruits and vegetables are excellent sources for a healthy diet and take those vitamins and minerals.  Remember to exercise regularly and drink plenty of water.  Your immune system will get built up by following this diet and would be good for to ward off all kinds of infections—not just genital warts.

The second homeopathic treatment you look into are oral supplements.  Since genital warts are a virus, you need a healthy immune system to fight it off.  A good immunity will help prevent further outbreaks of the virus.  Some of the most popular supplements for boosting your immune system include astragalus, Echinacea, and garlic powder it tablet form.  Vitamins A, B-Complex, C, E. Iactobacillus, amino acid 1-systein, zinc, and acidophilus are also good.  Remember not to overdose on vitamins.  Although vitamins are natural ingredients, it is possible to overdose on them.  So follow the dosage instructions carefully.

The third homeopathic treatment I will discuss are topical treatments.  This means they are solutions applied directly onto the warts twice a day at least.  Do not take these ointments orally as it could harm you.  Some of the solutions include:

1. Tea Tree Oil – Strong antibacterial, antiviral, antiseptic properties
2. Aloe Vera – for the smoothing effects and healing of the skin
3. Goldenseal – Can actually destroy some viral infections as it’s a natural antibiotic
4. Sour Apple Juice – There is magnesium in the apple, which can be beneficial

Garlic (raw or in oil form) – For the fighting off of white blood cells.

The fourth type of homeopathic treatment I will talk about is emotional stress.  Your immune system depends on how much emotional stress you have in your life.  If you become stressful, your immune system will break down and will not fight off the return of genital warts and genital herpes as well.  If you get the feeling of becoming emotional and then stressed out, try to relax.  Focus on positive things in your life.  There is a slang term that fits in here.  That is:  “Don’t sweat the small stuff.”

Having genital warts can be very frustrating and depressing.  As indicated, genital warts are extremely contagious and can easily spread from person to person who have sexual contact with each other, as well as replicate itself on your body—including all around your genital areas and your thighs.  Many people who contact this disease get depressed, have increased anxiety and can be mentally affected.

The second natural cure remedy for genital warts is with the use of milkweed milk.  You will have to collect the milkweed sap into a little container and then dilute it so the milkweed milk comprises only 10 percent of the mixture.  You will need a good lotion to dilute it with.  Vitamin E is a good lotion and aloe is excellent as well.  As advised previously, apply this mixture directly on the genital warts two times a day.  Do this for approximately two weeks.

In addition to the above, a good healthy diet would be a good idea.  The diet should be rich in beta-carotene and folic acid.  This will help prevent additional outbreaks of the HPV virus.  Suggested foods include tomatoes, mango, squash, cabbage, radishes and spinach.
